• ✔️ Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before check-in time.

• ❌ Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in are non-refundable.

• 🚫 No-shows without prior notice will be treated as last-minute cancellations and are not eligible for refund.

• Bookings made through third-party platforms (if any) must be cancelled through those platforms directly.

• Vishnu Nivasam reserves the right to cancel bookings in rare cases such as maintenance issues or emergencies. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

By booking a room at Vishnu Nivasam – Tirupati/Tirumala, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. 🔑 Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in Time: 12:00 PM

• Check-out Time: 11:00 AM

• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur extra charges.

2. 🆔 Identification

• All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID (such as Aadhar card, Passport, Voter ID) at the time of check-in.

• Foreign nationals must provide a valid passport and visa.

3. 🛏️ Room Usage

• Rooms are to be used only by the registered guests.

• Maximum occupancy per room must not be exceeded.

• No illegal, immoral, or disruptive activities are allowed on the premises.

4. 🚭 No Smoking & Alcohol Policy

• Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited within the property.

• Any violation may result in immediate cancellation of the booking without refund.

5. 🧴 Cleanliness & Damage

• Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness and treat the room with care.

• Any damage to property or loss of room items will be charged to the guest.

• Please maintain quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
